Brow Couture by Angela operates by appointments only. We have great respect for our clients and artist time, we kindly ask you to follow our policies and terms of service.

LATE POLICY:

Please familiarize yourself with our location and prepare yourself for traffic. We know sometimes things can happen so plan to arrive at least 10 minutes earlier to avoid being late. 

Give yourself plenty of time for the length of your appointment. Out of respect for everyone's time we have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. Those who are over 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and deposits will be forfeited. 

If your appointment is complimentary, then your subsequent appointment will no longer be complimentary. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time.

CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING POLICY:

Please give a 24 hour notice when rescheduling or canceling your appointment. Our services deposits/payments will be forfeited when outside of this time. 

Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 24 hours’ notice. Your deposit includes one reschedule as long as it is before the time frame given.

APPOINTMENT/ CONSULTATION POLICY:

Consultation is not required as an additional appointment separately from your initial PMU appointment. However, if for any reason, at the time of your appointment, your procedure does not follow through, you will be charged the price of a consultation appointment.

GUESTS POLICY:

Due to the nature and attention to detailed treatments we provide, we kindly request that you do not bring children, and/or pets to accompany you into the studio. Service dogs are allowed with their ID card.

SERVICE DEPOSITS:

A deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure all PMU appointments. Deposits will be charged to the credit card you provided to Square upon booking your online appointment. 

This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about your booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session and your remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment.

COMPLIMENTARY SESSIONS:

Initial procedure appointments receive a complimentary touch up. This appointment must be scheduled between 6 to 8 weeks following your first session. If you need to book this appointment after 8 weeks, it is no longer complementary and will incur an additional charge. 

A complimentary touch up is not mandatory, nor is it necessary for every client, but we offer it for those clients who would need a follow up. Healing can be unpredictable. If an additional touch-up appointment is needed, fees will apply.

FUTURE TOUCH UPS FOR RETURN CLIENTS:

If you are a returning client of ours and you need to schedule a touch up appointment, please do so through our online scheduling system. The touch-up price is calculated since your last paid appointment, and this appointment does not include a complimentary touch-up.

EXISTING BROW TATTOOS:

We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists' work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you email us clear photos of your brows for approval (browcouturebyangela@gmail.com) or text us at 661-345-9673. After sending your photos, please give us 1-3 business days for us to get back to you. If for any reason you schedule an appointment without approval, your deposit will be forfeited.

Gratuities are always welcome and appreciated!

IMPORTANT FOR ALL PMU CLIENTS:

All permanent cosmetic procedures are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. No guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. 

In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their best) please follow all pre-appointment restrictions and after care guidelines. These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.

Brow Couture by Angela reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Prices are subject to change at any time.
